Here are some (or most) of the questions that we assume would be asked frequently were it that anybody cared enough about what we do here to ask us any questions at all. So, just in case we slip into an alternate reality where people have so many questions for us that they can be measured in frequency of asks here we present to you a nice easy work around to save us from having to respond to each of you individually.
1. Do you sell NFTs? A. Yes. Yes we do, in fact you can check out our entire collection of currently available NFTs by visiting our Rarible Auction Page
2. Do you make NFTs? A. By request, we do on-demand NFT minting and chaining for anyone with a genuine desire to purchase some of our work as NFTs. All you have to do is contact us and let us know which works you are interested in and we will take it from there.
3. How do I contact You? A. You can either use our CONTACT US PAGE which features a nifty little submission form that allows you to submit a document to us with whatever information you think we might need in order to answer whatever question it is you have. Also you are always welcome to email us directly at either Admin@RareMediums.com or Brennan.M@RareMediums.com. Questions pertaining to the functionality or operations of the website itself can be forwarded to Webmaster@RareMediums.com. If you don't feel like those addresses serve your contact needs then if I may defer back to the submission form, which you may stipulate whomever it is you would like to have your message read by.
4. How do you guarantee your work? A. Every job we accept is accompanied by a work order contract which is signed by both parties before we get started. In the body of the contract not only does it detail the work to be performed, the timeline and the cost involved but also a satisfaction guarantee that stipulates that we are not finished your project until you are completely satisfied with the result. If there is anything about our work that you are not 100% satisfied with simply let us know and we will make whatever changes you require immediately, free of charge.
5. How do I pay you? A. We allow our customers to make payments via Paypal with either their bank account or credit card. You may also use your wallets transfer feature if you wish to pay with cryptocurrency, we accept everything that Metamask does, including Solana. If that won't do then you can send us a simple email money transfer or go through Western Union and physically mail us M.O. that you can purchase with cash att your local WU.
6. Do you accept crypto? A. Yes. All kinds. In fact most of our NFT sales are handled in crypto through Rarible or Metamask.
7. Are there any types of payments you don't accept? A. Yes. We do not accept personal checks to be mailed to us nor cash to be sent in envelopes via the mail. Also, if you have an online payments company or app that you enjoy using that requires us to open up an account with them in order to accept payment from you we are not in a position to do this. We already have Paypal for Banks and Credit, and Rarible and Metamask for crypto. Also we have an email address for e-transfers and a physical address for money orders.
8. Where do you mint your NFTs? A. We do all of our business on Rarible, primarily through Etherium. We have a live auction page and we can have any work of digital art that you desire minted and listed on the chain in less than an hour if you are a serious buyer.
9. Can you mint your NFT on my prefered market? A. No. Sorry, we work with Rarible because they are well known and have a great reputation. What's more they have very reasonable gas fees. Most lesser known markets that host NFTs generally make most of their revenue from high gas fees, sometimes as much as $500 or $1000 per NFT. I'm just not willing to pay that.
10. What if I pay the gas fee? A. Sure, why not.
11. Do you have a physical office or store that I can come in and visit? A. No, as luck would have it 100% of the work required of us to perform to the expectations of our clients can be done from a computer. Also, all of our products are either intangible digital graphic artistry and design work or on-demand items that ship directly to our customers upon purchase. The cost involved in occupying a physical brick and mortar retail location is far above any plausible financial benefit that it might entail. We do have a small office space but it is not a retail location and as such is not open to the public. But you never know, someday we may see the value in investing in a kiosk or department store, who can say.
12. Do you have a mailing address? A. Yes. If you have something for us that requires it be sent to us physically we do have a mailing address that we can give you so that you are able to do so.
13. What about a phone? Can I call you? A. 1 (778) 761 - 1385 : For both calls and texts.
14. Are you hiring? A. Sure, why not. Send your resume to HR@RareMediums.com
15. Where else can I see your work? A. Well, you are welcome to follow any of the social links listed at the top and bottom of the page. As well we do have a DeviantArt Page that has been live for some time and has quite a bit of work on it that you can't find here. The easiest thing to do is just visit our link roll at AllMyLinks where you can get a complete list of everywhere that you can find Rare Mediums on the Internet today.
16. Do you sell prints of your artwork? A. Yes, we do sell physical prints by POD. Our customers select the image(s) that they wish to see produced as either a high gloss poster or a professional canvas transfer and we handle the rest. All of our work is available in poster size for in person display and none of the sharpness, detail nor definition is compromised in the process. We also offer personalized photo albums containing up to 24 unique images selected by you to be published in a one-of-a-kind personal album. Albums come in both soft and hard cover and each one includes an original introduction by myself as well as a detailed table of contents listing each image by name and creation date as and even a brief summary detailing the artworks providence and various features on either the same or conjoining page to the work.
17. Is all of your work original? A. Yes. 100% unique and original created either by hand or with the use of digital graphic software. In every case we start with nothing more than imagination and the tools to bring it to life.
18. Do you use AI? A. Use is such a strong word, but yes I do work with Ai on a regular basis while creating my digital graphics. I utilize the unique aptitude of Ai to take either something tangible and visual that I have already created and transform it into something adaptable that can be cultivated and detailed to suit any platform or venue that it might be required for. I am also able to bring to life concepts and ideas that only exist in articulate form as they are outside the realm of basic illustration, such as visual prototypes for action figures or cosplay costumes that have yet to be physically produced and require a visual element to aide in their creation. As well characters rendered in 3D for video games of certain types of animation that is yet to be produced but requires visual examples of the finished product in order to illustrate to audiences or clients what the finished product will appear as before investing in its full creation. This way we can find out before it is done if we did anything wrong and fix it before it ever presents as a problem, saving time and money for everyone. I use Ai every day, without it everything would take much longer and some things wouldn't even be possible.
19. Do you do commissions? A. Yes, if you have something that you wish to see brought to live in either a digital painting, gif, NFT, short A/V production or similar medium that we do not already have in our galleries please feel free to contact us and tell us what it is you want. We will be sure to make it for you.
20. How long do your jobs usually take? A. That entirely depends on the work in question. A single image commission or an NFT minting or gif generation can take less than a day, developing and constructing a website from scratch including a storefront, social profiles and all the rest may take up to 3 months or more. Of course the expected timeline is detailed in the body of the proposal that we will deliver to you when you submit a request for work to us through our submission form on the contact page.
21. Are your proposals free, and can I keep mine? A. Yes, and yes. Our work proposal is free to solicit, we will submit one to you based on the information you provide and upon delivery we will honor the details of that proposal for 30 days after. If you decide to go another direction and opt out of using our services the contents of that proposal are still yours to keep and do what you will with. You're welcome.
22. What if my question isn't frequently asked? A. That's fine, just send us an email or submit a query via our submission form with your question and we will answer it just as soon as we can.
